project overview
Flosse is a Delhi-born ethnic wear brand known for premium kurtis, suit sets and fusion co-ords that blend comfort with everyday elegance. With more than 15 offline stores, Flosse had a loyal in-store customer base, but its online D2C presence wasn’t keeping up. The brand partnered with Elareo to build a growth engine for its website, combining Meta sales campaigns, social media management and influencer collaborations under one strategy.

the challenge
Flosse’s strength was offline. Customers who loved the brand in stores had few reasons to discover it or shop from it online, and its digital channels weren’t turning attention into orders. Ethnic fashion is one of the most competitive categories on Meta, with rising ad costs and hundreds of brands competing for the same shoppers. The task was to make online sales a profitable second channel without spending heavily just to buy reach.
results & impact
500K+ Monthly Impressions
6x Average ROAS
200+ Orders per Month
Flosse now reaches more than 500,000 people a month on Meta and consistently drives 200+ online orders a month at an average 6x return on ad spend. Every ₹1 spent on ads brings back ₹6 in revenue. Social media and influencer content support each other: creator collaborations widen the brand’s reach, and the best-performing content feeds straight back into the ad engine.

conclusion
Flosse showed that a strong offline brand can build an equally strong online channel when performance marketing, content and community work together. By pairing profitable Meta sales campaigns with a brand-led social presence and influencer partnerships, we helped Flosse turn its in-store loyalty into steady online growth. We’re proud to keep growing alongside the Flosse team.
